Jetzt ist es offiziell. Der seit heute 24-jährige (Glückwunsch an dieser Stelle) Schwede Cajuste, welcher auch die US-amerikanische Staatsbürgerschaft besitzt, wurde für 12 Mio. verpflichtet. Er hat einen Fünfjahresvertrag bis 2028 unterschrieben und wird ca. 1 Mio. netto pro Jahr verdienen.
Ein sinnvoller Transfer aus meiner Sicht. Ich kenne den Spieler nicht genauer, aber nach etwas Recherche sieht er nach dem perfekten Anguissa-Backup aus. Cajuste ist ein ähnlicher Spielertyp wie Frank und wirkt wie ein ziemlich kompletter Box-to-Box Mittelfeldspieler. Physisch stark, zweikampfstark und trotz seiner Größe technisch versiert sowie dribbelstark. Die Kosten sind überschaubar und er besitzt definitiv Entwicklungspotenzial.

Ich denke er wird in erster Linie als Anguissa-Backup eingeplant sein. Alternativ könnte er auch Lobotka auf der Sechs ersetzen.

Napoli midfielder Jens Cajuste has been ruled out for a few weeks with a muscular injury in his right thigh, which could cause issues for Francesco Calzona ahead of the Champions League Round of 16 second leg against Barcelona in March.
